This October, I embarked on a journey to Scotland, starting in Glasgow before venturing to the dramatic Isle of Skye. Besides the camaraderie with my fellow photographers, the Coos stole my heart! These iconic Scottish cattle, with their shaggy russet coats and imposing horns, have occupied the highlands since the 6th century. Their gentle eyes peering through that thick fringe of hair, and their surprisingly docile nature make for a magical encounter.
