Scotland and the Isle of Skye
This October, 2024, I joined a select group of photographers led by Hudson Henry and Rick LePage for a workshop in Scotland. From the Gothic majesty of Glasgow Cathedral to the windswept landscapes of Glencoe and the Isle of Skye, we encountered Scotland in its most dramatic state. Based in the small harbor town of Portree, we faced constant rain and fierce 60 -70-knot winds that both challenged and enriched our photographic journey. These images capture Scotland's untamed beauty, where each frame was hard-won against the elements, revealing a land that shows its true character not in spite of the weather, but through it. - EGB
