Namibia
Namibia was an incredible experience filled with otherworldly landscapes, diverse wildlife, and remarkable encounters with tribal communities and people. The Namib Desert, Deadvlei, Spitzkoppe, and iconic Sossusvlei felt like being on the moon. Etosha National Park, filled with salt pans, watering holes, and diverse ecosystems, was home to lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, and a myriad of other species. In my travels, I met Himba, Herero, and San people. Their lifestyles, rituals, and habitats added a humbling dimension to my time in this strange and sparse land. Thank you to Colby Brown for making much of this adventure possible.
